Full-time customer service position in our Birdsboro location. Work schedule hours will be weekdays 10:30am-7pm and Saturdays 8:30-5:00pm. Days off will vary from week to week.
Candidate Duties:
Answer busy telephone lines, on-line scheduling/data entry, billing, payments, and other duties.
Individual should:
Have strong computer/telephone skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office is required. Knowledge of the Internet/telephony is helpful. Two year related experience preferred.
