All TV packages require one (1) TiVo Stream per TV set.
All High-Speed Internet packages require a cable modem. Actual Internet speeds may vary and are not guaranteed. SECV offers unlimited data plans. However, SECV does monitor data usage at all hours, and its customers have agreed to ensure that their activities do not improperly restrict, inhibit, or degrade any other user's use of the service or SECV's ability to deliver and monitor the service, or SECV network resources. If determined through data monitoring that a customer's data usage has strained the ability of the network to perform optimally for other users then SECV reserves the right granted by the FCC to deploy network management tools that may affect that customer's Internet performance for a temporary period of time.

Access to TV Everywhere (TVE) networks requires a subscription to the associated TV network tier. Please visit secv.com/tve for a list of all available TV Everywhere (TVE) networks. TV Everywhere content may not be available on all devices and is only accessible in the United States with a High-Speed Internet connection.
TiVo Stream requires TV service, DOCSIS 3.1 cable modem with a minimum of 24 x 8 channel bonding, and SECV Internet with a minimum download speed of 150M. Cloud DVR subscription is separate. TiVo apps may require a separate paid subscription. Other restrictions may apply.
On Demand requires TiVo Stream.

Now you can watch a series from beginning to end, or start on any episode or season you want. If it's not available on TV or On Demand, OnePass fills the gaps with episodes from providers like Netflix.
