Useful Information About Caller ID on TV
Discover a whole new meaning to the concept of "screening your calls" with Service Electric Cablevision's Caller ID on TV!
This exciting feature is FREE for customers who have both a Digital Converter and Digital Phone. Caller ID on TV displays the name (if available) and telephone number of the party calling right on your TV screen. This convenient add-on is not only extremely useful but easy to use!
Please note: Caller ID on TV will AUTOMATICALLY be turned on when this feature is made available in the coming weeks. To turn it off, or to change the settings, please refer to the section on the right.

The Basics: What You Need to Know
For Customers with PACE Boxes:
To turn off Caller ID on TV:
Press "C" on your digital remote control.
Scroll to "Alert off".

Press "OK/SELECT" and "Alert off" will be set with an "*".

Press "EXIT" to return to your TV screen.
To turn on Caller ID on TV:
Press "C" on your digital remote control.
Scroll to "Alert on".
Press "OK/SELECT" and "Alert on" will be set with an "*".
Press "EXIT" to return to your TV screen.
To clear an incoming call from your TV screen:
Press "C" on your digital remote control.
To display the Call Log:
Press "C" on your digital remote control.
Scroll to "Call Log".
Press "OK/SELECT" and the Call Log screen displays up to 30 recent calls for each phone line.
Press "EXIT" to return to your TV screen.
For Customers with Motorola Boxes:
To turn off, or to turn back on the Caller ID on TV for Motorola converter boxes, please contact your local office.
