An on-screen message will appear advising you when recording space is almost full (80% full). You can also manually delete recordings and manage recording space from the recorded program's Information Screen.

The screen saying our recording is full covers our screen and we don't know how to get rid of it - can't figure out how to delete recordings so we can watch TV.... and your hours stink. most people work til 5 and don't get home til afterward... makes no sense to make a phone call from work when you don't have your remote or your TV in front of you so a customer service rep can walk you through it... haven't been able to watch TV now for three days!!!!
