First be sure to check there is power at the electrical outlet you're using. If you're using a surge protector, make sure it's turned on and working properly. If your modem is plugged into an outlet controlled by a light switch, make sure the light switch is turned on.
If everything above appears to be working next check the power cord connection on the back of your cable modem and at the electrical outlet by unplugging both ends for 10/20 seconds and then plugging them back in. If you still don't see any lights light up on the front of your cable modem, please contact your local office for further assistance.
