Try pressing the Cable "CBL" button on the top of your converter remote and
then change channels. If this does not work try new batteries in your
converter remote. Otherwise you may need a replacement remote from us.

I bought converter box DTX9900 Digital Stream for my Sanyo TV. Have hooked it up, programmed remote. All I got was "WEAK SIGNAL" words moving all over TV screen. My TV station is 45 miles away and the staff there on TV says they are digital,but I get nothing. What's wrong?
