Check the other televisions in your home. If this is the only set that has the problem, check to see if the cable wires are all attached properly to the back of the television, converter box, or VCR/DVD etc. If you have a converter box make sure the power is on. If all the sets in the home look like this, the cable may be in need of repair. Please call your local office.
